emissions compliance issues;

Use of any product or service is entirely at the purchaser’s and/or end user’s own risk.

The purchaser and/or end user expressly assumes all responsibility and liability associated with the use or misuse of any product or service sold by the Company.

4. Reseller and Third-Party Disclaimer

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any actions, representations, installations, modifications, warranties, statements, or conduct of third-party resellers, dealers, installers, distributors, or service providers.

Any reseller, installer, or third party utilizing Company products or services does so independently and assumes all associated risks and liabilities.

5. Product Use Disclaimer

off-road use only,
racing applications,
competition vehicles,
closed-course use,
export only, or
other restricted applications.

The purchaser and/or end user is solely responsible for determining whether any product may legally be installed or used on any vehicle or equipment within their jurisdiction.

The Company is not responsible for improper installation, improper use, abuse, neglect, modification, tuning errors, mechanical failure, or legal violations associated with any product or service.

6. All Sales Final

All sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or credits shall be issued except as expressly provided under the Company’s official Return Policy.

The Company reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges at its sole discretion consistent with applicable law and the Return Policy.

7. Return Policy

Any approved return shall be governed exclusively by the Company’s posted Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returned items may be subject to inspection, restocking fees, shipping deductions, denial of return eligibility, or other conditions as determined by the Company.
