Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products & Tuning Products
All digital products, downloadable items, software, tuning files, calibration products, and custom tuning services are non-refundable under all circumstances. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once the order has been processed or delivered.
Physical Products Returns & Refunds
Physical products may be eligible for a refund only if all of the following conditions are met:
- A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number has been issued prior to return.
- The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
- The item has not been installed, used, damaged, or modified.
Returns received without an approved RMA Number may be refused.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns for physical products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Return Shipping
The purchaser is solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise stated in writing.
We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
