Shipping Costs

All shipping costs associated with the purchase and delivery of physical products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise expressly stated by the web store at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout and must be paid in full prior to order processing and shipment.

The purchaser is also responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, tariffs, customs fees, import charges, brokerage fees, or other governmental or carrier-imposed charges related to the shipment and delivery of purchased products.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders for physical products may require up to three (3) business days for processing, packaging, and shipment preparation prior to dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, carrier delays, or other operational factors.

Tracking information will be provided to the purchaser as soon as the package has been shipped and tracking becomes available through the selected shipping carrier.

Priority and Overnight Shipping

Same-day priority processing requests for overnight or next-business-day shipping services must be placed before 11:00 AM EST to be eligible for same-day shipment processing.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may be processed on the following business day.

Overnight and next-day shipping services are not available on Fridays, weekends, or recognized holidays. Orders requiring expedited shipping placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.

Availability of expedited shipping services may also be subject to carrier limitations, weather conditions, operational capacity, and destination restrictions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For any approved return, exchange, warranty claim, or other shipment sent back to the web store, the purchaser is solely responsible for all return-related costs, including but not limited to:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Packaging and packing material costs
  • Shipping insurance costs
  • Customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import/export fees
  • Carrier handling or brokerage charges
  • Any additional shipping-related expenses incurred during the return process

The web store is not responsible for reimbursing or covering any return shipping expenses unless explicitly required by law or otherwise stated in a separate written policy.

Returns and Eligibility

All returns are subject to the web store’s applicable Return Policy, including eligibility requirements, approval procedures, timelines, and condition standards. Purchasers must comply with all return instructions provided by the web store to ensure proper processing of any return request.

The web store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with its published return policies or instructions.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are subject to the carrier’s operations. The web store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, tariffs, governmental actions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Purchasers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance where available.
